no bad idea, but i think the sum of donations will decrease if you 
collect money for membership.

the t3 consultancy level should be a mix of amount of work, quality of 
work and donations for the product.

i could think of a beginning competion between agencies to be the best 
one. (t3 agency hitlist) -> results in lot of money an quality extension 
for t3.
