Defnitely not, I don't know why anyone would have something worth reading to
annotate to other peoples projects. Or did I misunderstand you?

I would offer to use the references with a preset for the edu/gov/ngo field
as indicated below. However since this is central data, it will not be
available to editors of the subdomains.

I think we don't need the consultancies in the subdomain, but the general
search will do.

The selection for display I the rating at current, but we did discuss this
matter on this list a long time ago. Marcus Diederich wrote to me lately
with some suggestions.

I will add these upon request. For the time being we have the localisation,
some review of the typo3.com in general and the subdomains going on and I
would like to focus all of these activities and therefore keep them separate
regarding access rights.
