[Typo3-marketing] TUG <-> TUG!

Hello together,
In http://typo3.org/1419.0.html is written about TUG and ment
is a TYPO3 Users Group. I know TUGs since about 15 years now, at
http://www.tug.org/ you find the TeX Users Groups. Although both
have some things in common, I think it is not a good idea to have
the same shortcut. I suggest at least writing this on the 1419.0.html
page, to move new TYPO3 Users Groups to a different name. (IMHO)

And as an idea for writing TYPO3 in HTML Texts correct, one can do
it as TeX does, which provides a command \TeX, that correctly writes
the word "TeX" in a TeX document... (Capital T, lowered capital E,
capital X).
