Yes. The problem with the current solution is that these registration mails
get caught in spam filters frequently and we get lot's of mails about that.
Secondly the user table had been very crowded at some point, so it had to be
cleaned up.

With just two preset users and a lot of pages for them to fiddle with, we
should sidestep all of that.
