[Typo3-marketing] Setting up a new Demosite

The main idea - it must be corporate site with news and client support.
(it is most common case, I think):
Site can be about the same site (explain all features of this demo)

- Two sites with different design within one backend (with sharing of some
content and news)
One site must be general corporate (About us, Products, etc) -Main site
Other site must be adv site for one product - Product site
- tt_news with CHC-Forum-News-Connector (see last version of chc forum).
News about the product must be on the product site and on the main site
- chc forum 
- protected pages for clients
- css_styled_content
- templavoila ???
- fixed width 2 column template (like on  http://typo3.lehmano.de/)
Or 100% width  3 column template like on
http://www.sitellite.org/index/about
- if no templavoila,  for content in left/right column can be used  HTML
Layout Content Type (ff_html_layout_ctype) or other ext like this
- 3 languages ???
- simulate static documents

- replace all user input every 2 hours 

Now we need to select Must-features :-)
