Hi Michelle,

I asked Karim what his base number of replies is, here is his answer:

<quote>
First, I sent a request (which includes the link to the online
questionnaire) to: cms-list at cms-list.org, general at oscom.org and
participants at oscom.org. Second, e-mail requests were sent to organizations
that use FS/OSS CMS. I got this list by looking at the references published
by CMS websites (refer to the questionnaire), sometimes I used a webspider
to collect URL's. Fanally, four hundred fifty five (455) emails have been
sent out and fifty-two (52) feedback forms have been filled and submitted. A
hundred twenty one (121) emails have returned back with an error, reducing
the number of the actual sample size to three hundred and eighty six
(455+52-121=386). A hundred thirteen respondents have submitted their
responses through the on-line survey form. Of this total, seven responses
have been discarded for validation purposes (e.g. repeated submistions).
Hence the response rate was 27,46% (106/386). It seems that Typo 3 was the
leading application among organizations.

Cheers

Daniel
