[Typo3-marketing] Universities and Schools

I'd take either one or the other way:
- use exactly .com layout
- maybe use colors, but do a seperate thing...
I alreay said ages ago that I would even put .com and .org together...
(smaller image-bar) it realy is 2 seperate things, but going into the same
direction... they could be the same with smaller images... whatever. I'd say
it could be a whole seperate thing or exactly the same layout if it is
public typo3 ressource.
