Sure? I don't think so. The mail only contains a "In-Reply-To" field, but no
"Reference". Most clients cannot handle this. (Though this is not
neccessary since "References" is a widely accepted standard)

I still can't see any reason why Microsoft does not implement this!

Since a few years, our smallest coin is the 5-Rappen-piece. You still can
find some 1-Rappen-pieces, but I think the 2-Rappen-pieces have become very
rare... ;-)
