Hi friends,

Finally had some time to work out my notes from Splugen. 
Hereby I send report for the Edu subdomain and how we should work in targeting the educational field.
Since everybody by now has send his suggestions, I think it's time to define a final document where we define our strategy, the actions that have to be taken and who is going to do what.

In the course of this week I'll send my other report about our meeting regarding the changes to Typo3.com and further differentiation between .org and .com.
