Hi Lienhart,

Thanks for your input. As I mentionend already and you covered my intention it was really something cache related. But because it is on a shared hosting I'm not allowed to restart php. 
But I was able to change the php-version from the default 5.4.x to 5.5.x where the built-in opcode cache is now in place.

And now everything works like it should.

Is there a CLI-way to clear the opcode cache?
