[TYPO3-linux] Do we need t3sh?

Hi all!
I have been forced into some work with Drupal recently, primarily because CiviCRM for Typo3 has been discontinued some time ago.
While I still love and support Typo3, I came across one very neat feature which is available for Drupal:
http://drupal.org/project/drush
The term drush stands for DRUpal SHell. It's a command line tool which can download Drupal releases, create databases, create sites, install plugins, etc.; all from the command line. This makes it quite nice for scripting, actually.
Wouldn't it be nice to catch up and have a t3sh? Or did I just miss that something like that exists already?
Regards,
Torsten
