[TYPO3-linux] Backend problem after upgrade to 4.3.1

I've checked the permissions. It's the same as the 4.2.1 src in the css
folder and the other folders. Like this:

-rw-r--r--   1 root  wheel   1.4K Jan 14 10:58 modulemenu.css

By the way, I tried to enable firebug in my browser, and it came with three
javascript errors, it don't come with these when I switch to the 4.2.1.

Any tips to the next step?
