[TYPO3-linux] How to create website?

Greetings all,
I am a linux user and now i just need to design website using typo3 in my
ubuntu 9.10 machine, can someone help me by providing step by step on how i
can  make this? minding that i have already installed typo3 v 4.2 but i am
stack on how i can go on.
