[TYPO3-linux] Problem, changing logos of sponsors in typo3 website.

First of all , thank you very much for your attention.  You are right. But I don't have permissions to change the files inside this 3 sub-folders(1,2,3), I have only reading permissions there. Anyway, I'm interested also in adding new logos, so I have to upload new files and this script has to be upgraded with my new images, right? I want to create a new folder in the root with all logos and this script has to scan them instead of the old ones. Where is this script and how can I modify it?
