[TYPO3-linux] not the usual imagemagick problem

Found it!
I did solve the problem with IM... Can't tell you how happy i am right now
as this consumed so much time over the last few days.
In php.ini I changed the disable executable commands.
Disabled the complete line, now trying to find out wich command is the
culprit, or rather: wich one isn't and is doing the job. Exec() was not one
of them, this one I removed long ago as this was needed for IM to operate in
the first place. Maybe readfile? I don't know yet...
Still a mystery why the other sites (same version, same server, different
domain) with Typo3 did not seem to have the problem is a mystery to me,
but...
Now i can enjoy my weekend, nice and sunny in NL (not).

Just made a few complete new installs (v4.3 and 4.1) on different domains,
Same server. All the Same problem. Existing installs work though. Can it be
a problem with paths? Httpd directive. All domains use same php.ini
