[TYPO3-linux] Directory and File ownership on Plesk

I have a site on Plesk, and TYPO3 is installed as Apache,Apache. However by
setting the folders to group writeable, both the FTP user and TYPO3 can
play with each others files. Strictly this appears to leave other apache
scripts on this shared host the freedom to write files/folders although I
am assured by the web host this cannot actually happen due to the Plesk
security....

If you struggle to access with the FTP user account you can try the
extension Quixplorer.
