[TYPO3-linux] Backend White page

I checked the server configuration and it was not correctly set. I decided
to install typo3 on an Ubuntu Dapper Drake LAMP server version. After I
installed ImageMagick, GDLib and GhostScript packages, typo3 was ready to
run.
