[TYPO3-linux] php5 and mysql support

Look out for other packages which do provide mysql support. Maybe they are
no longer part of the official MySQL distribution, but still there is such
an extension.

Btw. I am curious to know how good TYPO3 will work with the mysqli (notice
the "i" at the end) insterface. Is it possible at all? Is it enough to
simply rename all function calls? After a first look, it seems like both
have an equal syntax.
