[TYPO3-linux] Can't access backend admin or frontend website

Christopher,

I did that, per your suggestion, after clicking the import link beside "Dump 
static data" and selecting the two tables. After that the following error 
was displayed:

Required table not in database 'be_users' must be a table in the database!
'be_users' must be a table in the database!

Now what? It seems like I've an endless series of hoops to jump through with 
this install....
