[TYPO3-linux] Can't access backend admin or frontend website

The error message is telling you that the one or more of the password
/ username / hostname you have provided for CONNECTING TO THE DATABASE
are incorrect. Go to the "Basic Configuration" page and scroll down
until you see "Update localconf.php" In the form fields, you'll
see--and be able to change--the database connectivity information that
you entered. Find the mistake and correct it.
