[TYPO3-linux] Can't access backend admin or frontend website

Um. The error message is quite clear, no? One or more of database
username, password or host settings in the install tool does not match
the actual database username, password  or host settings on the
webserver...

Also, you are not necessarily going to be able to see anything on the
front end of the website if you haven't even installed the software
yet (depends on which package you're installing...)
