[TYPO3-linux] get confuse with Typo3

You are not the only one to find this it happens a lot.

Michael says the 1-2-3 should create the folders but often it doesn't for
some reason.

So go ahead and create those folders as needed. Keep refreshing the Basic
Configuration section to find other problems.
