[TYPO3-linux] [Typo3-linux] Directory Owner and Group Permissions Are Changing

Currently I have the following problem with TYPO3 4.0 beta3:

The apache2 runs as wwwrun:www
The FTP user who copies the scripts under his account has franzholz:www set.

This cc_debug has been writen from the EM.
However in the backend it displays:

/var/www/vhosts/story-castle.net/httpdocs/test4/typo3conf/ext/cc_debug
owned by uid 30 in

I have seen a TYPO3 4.0beta1 running with the same directory access
rights and it works there.

What must I set that TYPO3 4.0beta3  will run on this new server?
