[TYPO3-linux] Request for bids

Dear Typo3 Unix Consultants:

My name is Tony Caskey. I am trying to install Testsite and Quickstart onto both Typo3 version 4.0 and 4.0.1 with no success.

The domain name of my website is www.ecfnews.com.

I would like a consultant:

1. to install a copy of Typo3 version 4.0.1 onto my website if the consultant determines the installation I have installed is flawed in some way, shape or form. 
2. install working, modifiable copies of Quickstart and Testsite onto the website.
3. explain to me what I did wrong -- why wasn't I able to install these packages by myself?
