Looks correct except that IM5 effects are not needed for IM 4.2.9! However I
doubt that this will solve your problem.

The only way to solve your problem is to debug the TYPO3 core. Start in
t3lib/class.t3lib_stdgraphic.php (make sure that typo3/t3lib/... is also
changed!) and see if you find the problem.
