Jeff,

What site package did you install (Dummy, Quickstart or Testsite)?

Did you follow the instructions in INSTALL.TXT in typo3_src tarball or
something else?

If you did, and you used those instructions, please specify which of
the site packages you installed and provide a link to the page that
has your phpinfo() information, and a link to the page that "blinks
and then goes blank".
