[Typo3-linux] Access denied!

Hello,

I installed quickstart 3.8.0 on suse linux 9.3.

The directories quickstart-3.8.0 and typo3_src-2.8.0 have permission as 
described in the "install.txt" and I changed the group to www.

In the apache I have also permission created for both dirs.

Nevertheless I always receive this error message:

>Forbidden

>You don't have permission to access /quickstart-3.8.0/typo3/install/index.php

When I type "http://localhost/quickstart-3.8.0", I receive above mentioned 
message and after that, I see

"http://localhost/quickstart-3.8.0/typo3/install/index.php?mode=123&step=1&password=joh316"

in the address line.

I tried to do changes in the httpd.conf and tried to change the permissions 
and userowner and groupowner in the files (permissions rwx to all) without 
success.

I dispair! Can anybody help me? Any ideas?
