[Typo3-linux] t3lib_cs

hello.

I have a problem upgrading my typo3 installation from 3.5 to 3.8.1. I get the 
following error after the upgrade:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: t3lib_cs 
in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mmbj/typo3_src-3.8.1/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php 
on line 3500

I deleted every temporary file on the server. The system is gentoo with apache 
2.0.55 and mod_php 4.4.0. Someone has an idea whats causing this?
