[Typo3-linux] Full URL in the code and lag in url resolving

It doesn't mean anything. They are trying to tell you that for some
reason the links that have your complete url (http....) are going to
work slower than the relative ones, which is nonsense, to put it
mildly. Most browsers have their own DNS cache in addition to the one
provided by your DNS client service in Windows.

How do you know the lag is in DNS resolving? I just tried querying
your name servers for that zone and the reply was always within
30-50ms which is quite acceptable. Your timeouts are set at 14400 (4
hours).

Given the performance problems you had with your VPS in the past and
this piece of "advice" you got, I would seriously consider taking your
business elsewhere.
