[Typo3-linux] URGENT!I am receiving 500 Server error in editingpages in Administration panel

I couldn't see any error in my Log file! The problem is when I start 
commands chmod and chgrp from INSTAL.txt and when I enter to the site it 
says Forbidden!, so i didn't do those commands when I reinstalled.


The other problem is that I could not see Web -> Page in Administratron 
panel nor in Web -> View can edit my web site.
