[Typo3-linux] typo3 3.8.0 & testside: Fatal Error

Hi,
I still get the error message
TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "sv" was NOT loaded!
(t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

althought I have commented the following line
#$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['requiredExt'] = 'cms,lang';

The complete line is in file
t3lib/config_default.php:90: 'requiredExt' => 'cms,lang,sv',

What's a guy to say? :-)
