[Typo3-linux] [Typo3] 3.8 problem after upgrade

I suppose you don't have all symbolic links correctly set up.

Make sure that <mysite>/index.php points to tslib/index_ts.php.
Also check all other symlinks according to the symlinks section in the
"Installation & Upgrade" manual.
