[Typo3-linux] error on be login with typo 3.8

Hi list

I've installed a typo 3.8 package on linux with apache 1.3.33 and mysql 4.0.22.
In the install tool everything went ok and in the backend after I've entered the admin user and password I've got the following message:

Warning: fopen(.../upgrade/typo3temp/llxml/misc.xml_3772cf7c04.default.iso-8859-1.cache): failed to open stream: Permission denied in .../upgrade/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 2117
ERROR: File not written to disk! Write permission error in filesystem 

Can anyone help me?
