[Typo3-linux] mysql_fetch_assoc() and Cannot modify header errors

Hi list

I successfully installed v3.8.0 and used the front and back ends one time.  I shut down the browser.  Came back 2 hours later.  This shows up when accessing the back end login page. It would be great if I didnt have to re-FTP typo.    Any kind souls out there with some ideas?
