[Typo3-linux] Cannot connect to ext repository

When trying to connect to the online repository I get the following 
error message:

Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this? Is there something I 
haven't configured correctly?

I almost had the hang of templates when I suddenly couldn't download the
automaketemplate ext.
