[Typo3-linux] can't find index.php, and no template

Hey...
 
I have no clue on how to build a template, so I downloaded the
quickstart from www.typo3.org. 
 
The backend, works fine, but not the frontend, because, there is no
index.php there? Where to I find this index.php file?
