[Typo3-linux] Error when trying to open ...install/index.php

This is the message I get:
"In the main source distribution of Typo3, the install script is
disabled by a die() function call.
Open the file typo3/install/index.php and remove/out-comment the line
that outputs this message!"
 
I have uploaded the typo3_src-3.5.0 (tar.bz2 or tar.gz) after unzipped
it. 
I have but this in the folder:
http://www.catonett.com/cato/typo3/install/index.php
And the dummy on: http://www.catonett.com/dummy-3.5.0/
 
What does this error message mean, and how do I fix it?
 
 
I'm renting a webspace that runs on linux. I can only access the area
through a ftp program or an explorer.
