[Typo3-linux] some more help with UNIX install....Premature end of script headers: php

I am still trying to install typo3 , my domain is been
hosted by an ISP, after much battles and trials I
manage to get the backend to work. I then try to
follow the tutorial in the modern template building
tutorial, I am able to create the pages but when I add
a template to the page i get the error

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was
unable to complete your request.
Error message: Premature end of script headers: php 
If you think this is a server error, please contact
the webmaster. 
Error 500

I am very close to finally getting this to work,
please if anybody can help I will be very happy..
