[Typo3-linux] LAMP installer script SuSE 8.2 issues

Hi guys,

having some serious problems compiling Lars Leuchter's LAMP (new) T3 
packages on a freshly installed SuSE 8.2.

Problems relate to the included gcc-3.3 (beta....why did SuSE include 
that one...shaking my head...) and result in f.ex. freetype-1.3.1 not 
compiling at all. gcc-3.3 is being bitchy about some lines of code that 
were formerly accepted by gcc-2.95 - sorry, don't have the output at 
hand right now, will post it later on.

Is there anyone out there having a hotfix yet, or - even better - a 
walktrough on how to replace gcc-3.3 by gcc-2.95? I guess this will be a 
major operation....damn...maybe I'll just downgrade to 8.1 instead...
