You will have to look at Ensim customization docs, but I think there is just
an option to create a MySQL database when you create a site.

ImageMagik was just a pain to install.  All the correct documentation was
found eventually.  Once it was installed, then installing Typo3 for more
sites was much easier as you just have to point it to the same location.
