[Typo3-linux] How to export / import

Hello friends,

I've a problem:
I've installed the dummy package on my home PC and finished a website
with typo3 now, and it works great at home. It is a windows machine.
Today I tried to install it on the real webserver that works with Linux
as operating system. I just copied my whole typo3 folder on the ftp
Server and made an export from my home database with phpmyadmin and send
it to the webserver database. Of course I edited the localconf.php. The
backend worked fine, but the frontend did not. I got an internal server
error (Code 500) the whole time.

OK, now I am installing the clean typo3 dummy package on the webserver
and import the clean database from the install script.
But how to export my old pages and content?

I read a few and could find something about "right mouse click ->
further preferences -> export". But is there another possiblity? Have
iIto copy the fileadmin dir on the webserver? Or what have I to do?

Regards,
Pascal

Plz excuse my english!
