[Typo3-linux] Backend Login problem

Everything seemed to be working, I am installing on Redhat 7.3 Ensim Pro
3.5.16 version, sharing a central source files of typo3 and everything
seems to be working, but got stuck on the login page for BE
I just can't login and can't get any error message on the login page,
please, if anyone knows why? let me know.

I set php(apache mod_php) master safe_mode to off, local safe_mode on, and
safe_mode share and executable folders to typo3 src file folders.
Any clue why I can't login? it just clear the screen and prompts login
again when ever I click "submit"
