[TYPO3-install] db problems during install...

Hi!
I have downloaded a zip-distribution of TYPO3, and is
now trying to setup TYPO3 for testingpurpose, but with
1-2-3 configuration I don't get my database in the selecteble list.

At my webhost I don't have permission to create any new
database. 
 
I get the following messages on top of TYPO3 1-2-3 STEP 2:
