The above restrictions on your ISP might be
TYPO3 is memory hungry... Under some situations
like talking to the TYPO3 extensions repository you need 32MB

Don't think about that right now... otherwise it will make your head spin :)


My advice is find a different hoster otherwise typo3 might be a 
disappointment.
