[Typo3-install] [Fwd: Problems creating Database T3-4.0]

Hi

Being a Newbe in T3 here, I downloaded the Zipped T4 rev. 4.0 and uploaded
the unzipped files and directories of both the core and the dummy site.

During the setup process I get the message:
"Warning: mysql_list_dbs() has been disabled for security reasons in
/data/members/paid/s/a/sabvogel.com/htdocs/home/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php
on line 950"

I presume this is caused by a setting of my provider Tiscali.

Is there any way to get around this? Possibly setting the DB name by hand?
