lt. API-Doku kannst Du für redirect() folgende Parameter setzen:

redirect ($actionName, $controllerName=null, $extensionName=null, array $arguments=null, $pageUid=null, $delay=0, $statusCode=303)

Somit wäre mein Vorschlag:
Die PID kann vom Redakteur per FlexForm/TypoScript eingestellt werden +
