[TYPO3-german] Update auf 8.3.0/8.3.1

Hallo, allerseits,

Was mach' ich falsch, wenn ich nach dem Update von 8.2.0 auf 8.3.0/8.3.1
im Frontend nur bekomme: "Oops, an error occurred!"?
Dieses Mal funktionieren immerhin Backend und Install-Tool. Das Error
Log funktioniert in dieser Version auch. Was ich bekomme, ist:

TYPO3\CMS\Core\Error\Http\ServiceUnavailableException thrown in file

in line 2592. Requested URL: <URL>

Meine Seite beginnt mit einer Seite in der "root level" angeklickt ist
und in der alten Version lief sie auch blendend.

Die Überscht zeigt auch an: "Templates = 3", "Is root = yes" "Is ext = yes".
