[TYPO3-german] Upgrade von 4.5.22 auf 6.2.9 mit Umweg 4.7.20 - Trotz Symlink keine Änderung im Installtool von 4.5

Warum der Umweg über 4.7? Das Update ist optimiert auf den Weg von LTS zu LTS also 4.5 zu 6.2. Der Zwischenschritt dürfte es komplizierter machen. 

Ausserdem musst du dich vorher um die Extensions kümmern, sonst kommst du anschließend nicht mehr in die Installation rein.

Eine Checkliste, die mal auf der englischen Liste gepostet wurde

	• 1) Upgrade to latest patchlevel in 4.5 (including DB compare)
	• 1a) check if typo3conf/extTables.php contains data, expecially concerning the backend tables
	• 2) Check extension compatibility and upgrade them if possible in 4.5
	• 2b) Remove non-installed extensions from server (but should not matter)
	• 3) Check with smoothmigration if any extensions are lightly to fail (this catches the common errors)
	• 4) Update the reference index in 4.5
	• 5) Change source
	• 6) Comply to automatic setup check once logged into the Install Tool (and fix any mentioned errors)
	• 7) Run upgrade wizards
	• 8) Replace deprecated TypoScript with the new variants (seldom, e.g. HTML object; read the release notes of all versions in between)
	• 9) [optional] migrate DAM records

Ich deinstalliere immer alle Extensions, die nicht unter 6.2 lauffähig sind, mache dann das Update von TYPO3, und Update dann diese Extensions. 

Und Achtung: die PHP-Version spielt auch eine Rolle.
