[TYPO3-german] Hilfe - Unable to determine path to entry script

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben hier mehrere TYPO3 Instanzen, 6.2.x sowie 7.6.x welche sporadisch ein "Unable to determine path to entry script" auf einer Blanko-Seite anzeigen.

Die Meldung kommt wohl aus sysext/core/Classes/Core/SystemEnvironmentBuilder.php

Unter anderem habe ich folgende Infos:

TYPO3 6.2.x mit PHP 5.4 sowie php-fpm
TYPO3 7.6.x mit PHP 5.6 sowie php-fpm

Die Fehlermeldung taucht mal im Frondend & mal im Backend auf. Sehr oft bei Verwendung des Extension Managers, gerne auch mal nach dem leeren des Caches.

Hat irgendjemand eine Tipp zu dieser Problematik?
