Nun gibt es im TS zwei Zeilen, die so aussehen:

   absRelPath = /
   absRefPrefix = /
--

Ergebnis ist aber identisch.

Vermutlich ist absRefPrefix auf einen leeren String gesetzt. Setze mal explizit absRefPrefix = /
